We offer two services designed to give you the freedom to express your unique style while embracing the beauty of handmade crochet; made-to-order and made-to-measure. Made to Order allows you to bring back loved pieces from our past collections or out of stock pieces, ensuring you never miss out on a design that speaks to you. Made to Measure takes customization even further, offering a fully personalized experience where each piece is crafted to fit your body perfectly and reflect your vision. By offering these services, we celebrate exclusivity, sustainability, and timeless design, allowing you to own a one-of-a-kind piece that is truly yours.
Made-to-order
Made to Order (M2O) items are created when an item is out of stock and will not be restocked in our regular inventory. These pieces are made in one of our offered sizes and colors from the current collection.

M2O items take approximately 6-8 weeks for production before shipping.
This timeline begins once full payment is received.

Customers can choose from the available sizes and colors in the current collection.
No design modifications can be made to M2O pieces.

A non-refundable $100 CAD surcharge applies to all M2O pieces to account for custom production.

Due to the handmade nature of these items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Made-to-measure
Made to Measure (M2M) items are custom designs or existing designs tailored to fit your unique body measurements. Both the size and color can be customized to your preference.

M2M pieces require 8-12 weeks for production before shipping.
This timeline may vary based on design complexity and material availability.

Customers must provide accurate body measurements for a perfect fit.
If the design is not from our current collection, a collaborative design process is required.
We do not copy existing designs from other brands or designers. Your design must be original or developed in collaboration with Eden and Sable.
Yarn selection, color choices, and quantity needed will impact the final cost and timeline.

M2M pricing varies based on design complexity, yarn selection, and labor required.
A quote will be provided after discussing the project details. A 50% deposit is required to begin production.
